With over 20 years experience in the Radon, Real Estate, and Construction business, I noticed that the public was not taking Radon as serious of a threat as it is. I wanted to start a company that could provide affordable and quality services to help mitigate radon. Radon can be a big problem, but it also has a very easy & inexpensive solution.

My name is Dale Rex and I’m the owner of Utah Radon Out. Shortly after graduating college from UVU, I got into Real Estate & Construction where I have worked for over 20 years, successfully building a Real Estate brokerage in Utah County. While working in real estate and as a Contractor, I saw a need for a Radon Mitigation company in the area. I am passionate about owning and building a business that can teach my kids to get their hands dirty and work hard for their dreams.
